Dustin STEELE was last seen on Saturday night, November 1st, at approximately 9 PM in the Copper Flats area. He was wearing a grey under armour hoody and jeans. He is Caucasian, 23 yr old, 5 ft 11 inches, has orange hair, and is 180 lbs.
